KOI AUCTION
You’re invited to the Hardcastle’s for a koi Auction Saturday June 2nd . We are thinning down our ponds and are opening this up to the club members of the Gainesville Koi Club. This would be a great time to thin out your ponds. We will supply four tanks and the club will supply 3 tanks. There are only a few guidelines that will be followed:
1. Tank availability is limited first come first reserved.
2. Any fish not auctioned off will be the responsibility of the owner and will need to be taken home with them. (unless other arrangements have been made)
3. Any bags, oxygen, rubber bands that are supplied by the Hardcastles will cost $1.00 per fish.
4. If you want any reserves placed on your fish please advise us on the day of the auction otherwise all proceeds will go to the Gainesville Koi Club.
5. If any club members want Don to handle their affairs then those koi not sold will either go to Kanapaha, Eagles, or possibly to Robert Sherlock’s pond. (waiting to hear back from Robert to confirm this)
Get with David, Don or myself to reserve your tank. Again tanks are limited so notify one of us as soon as possible.
